What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

These email addresses and names may be used for contacting for marketing purposes, informational and educational purposes, and to give access to program, package, or class materials.
If you do not want to receive emails from us in the future, please let us know by responding to any system email by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. This will remove your email address from our databases and website. This also includes removal from the newsletter and other mailings associated with Ashlee Greer and Ashlee Greer, Inc..
We respect your privacy. We do not share or rent our email or mailing list information with other companies or marketers. We disclaim responsibility for accidental or intentional misuse of information by ourselves or any 3rd party. Also, we may disclose information when we are legally compelled to do so or to protect site owner’s rights.
If you supply us with your address you may receive periodic mailings from us with information about new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by responding to the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each system email.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, email addresses and names voluntarily given to join our subscriber list, to get a “freebie”, newsletter, or sign-up for updates may be used to retarget for paid advertising on any of these platforms.
Soundcloud, for audio recordings. And Youtube for video recordings. 1:1 coaching calls, group coaching calls, and trainings may be recorded. Recordings will be available for review within paid groups, and the membership site via Soundcloud and/or Youtube as well as via a private link for group calls and group trainings. By being present on these calls or in these trainings you agree to be recorded and having that recording shared (within program groups for paid content, or with subscribers for free content). For one-on-one coaching, a recording may be requested for client use only. If requested these will be available via a private link on Soundcloud or Youtube and only the client and representatives of Ashlee Greer will have access to the recording. Recordings for one-on-one calls can be opted out of at any time, deleted at any time by request, and recordings will only be made by the request of the client or under specific consent by the client for continued learning and certification purposes. If recorded for certification or continued learning purposes, you may request a copy of your recording at any time. Your identity will be kept confidential. Certain recorded calls may be submitted for certification purposes. All efforts to protect your confidentiality will be made, your personal information will never be released or shared.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
